Amy Roach
License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy to midlife women across Texas. I specialize in supporting high-functioning women navigating divorce, loss, codependency, and significant life transitions.

Many of the women I work with grew up learning to be strong, responsible, and self-reliant. Over time, those strengths can lead to emotional exhaustion, over-functioning, and repeating relational patterns. My work focuses on helping you regulate your nervous system, understand the roots of these patterns, and rebuild your identity with greater clarity and self-trust.

My approach is depth-oriented, trauma-informed, and collaborative. We begin by stabilizing emotional overwhelm and creating internal safety. From there, we explore relational dynamics and support meaningful, lasting change.

I believe healing is not about becoming someone new — it’s about reclaiming who you are beneath survival patterns.
